Competitions

The Rosetown Photography Club participates in several competitions each year. Members of the club enter some of the many PRPA slide, print and digital image competitions. The RPC, as a member club of PRPA, judges two of the PRPA competitions each year.

In past years when more members shot slide film, the RPC also participated in the Saskatoon Camera Club’s Transparency Battle and the Foto Fun slide competition sponsored by the Gleneath Camera Club of Kindersley. Now that the Foto Fun is also accepting digital image entries, RPC has once again participated in the Fall of 2008.

Each April the Rosetown Photography Club helps the Rosetown Arts Council host the adjudicated Rosetown Art Show. Photography is a major part of the show and most of the photography entries are by RPC members.
